Vintage blouse. Unknown maker. White. Long sleeve shirt. Collared. Covered buttons up front. Same at wrists. Eyelet lace. Battenberg/ Battenburg style. Floral and paisley design. Fancy and dressy, perfect for layering. No fabric content label, but I would guess it's polyester.
