It morphed into a jaded unbelief because I saw a lot cardinals, but I didn't know a lot of people who had died and wanted to somehow say hello.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMy childish naivete vanished as I grew up and experienced more of life and living with the death of loved ones. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\"Only in the darkness can you see the stars.\" - Martin Luther King, Jr.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis darkness represents grief for me and the deep emptiness felt having lost a loved one.
